Please read before you check out. By completing your purchase you agree to the full Terms & Conditions. What you're buying 1. Hybrid Race is sold per team: Doubles = 2 people, Relay = 4 people. One purchase covers the whole team. 2. Hybrid Training is sold per person, for one specific session. 3. Spectator tickets are sold per person at IDR 50,000 and admit you to the public viewing areas only — no race pack, no competing, no access to the field of play.

4. Prices depend on the sales tier that is open at the moment you pay. Tiers close when their allocation runs out, and closed tiers are not reopened. All sales are final 1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another event or date. This includes injury, illness, travel problems, work commitments, and no-shows. Health & risk 1. This event involves strenuous physical activity and carries a real risk of injury. You participate at your own risk. 2. Confirm you are medically fit, disclose any relevant condition at registration, and consult a doctor first if you have any doubt. 3. You authorize event medical staff to treat you in an emergency. Personal accident insurance is strongly recommended. Photos & data 1. Photos and video taken at the Event may be used to promote the Event and future editions.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between Hybrid Race and Hybrid Training?
Hybrid Race is the competition — Doubles and Relay categories, timed and ranked. Hybrid Training is a non-competitive coached session where you try the format in a lower-pressure setting. Many people do both.
How old do you have to be on Hybrid Kids Training?
Hybrid Kids Training is for ages 8-15yo, and a parent or guardian must stay on site.
Is the Hybrid Race price per person or per team?
Per team. A Doubles slot covers both athletes; a Relay slot covers all four. Split the cost among yourselves however you like — we only take one payment.
Why is Hybrid Training not available at Early Bird prices?
Early Bird and Super Early Bird tiers apply to race categories only. Hybrid Training opens at the Regular tier, and there's a discounted Community rate if you register through a partner community.
Can I still get the Early Bird price if it just closed?
No. Tiers close on a fixed allocation and we don't reopen them or extend the price. Once a tier sells out, the next tier price applies.
Are there spectator tickets?
Yes — IDR 50,000 per person, sold at the Regular tier only. See the spectator section below.
One of my teammates dropped out. Can I substitute someone?
Yes — one name change per ticket, up to [14] days before the Event. The substitute must meet the same eligibility requirements.
I paid but no e-ticket arrived.
Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it's still missing after [24] hours, contact us with your order number and payment proof.
Can I buy from a reseller or a friend who can't attend?
No. Tickets from unauthorized channels are void, and we can't help you recover the money. Only this platform is official.
How much is a spectator ticket and what does it get me?
IDR 50,000 per person. It admits you to the public viewing areas for the day so you can watch the racing, plus access to [food and beverage / activation zones / merchandise]. It does not include a race pack, merchandise, or any chance to take part.
Do I need a ticket if I'm just dropping off my teammate?
Yes, if you're going past the entry point. Anyone entering the venue who isn't a registered participant, accredited media, or event staff needs a spectator ticket.
Is seating guaranteed?
Is seating guaranteed? No. Viewing areas are unreserved and first-come, first-served, and entry can close if we hit venue capacity. Arriving early for the finals is the safest bet.
Do my kids need tickets?
Children aged 6 and under come in free with a ticket-holding adult, and must stay with that adult the whole time. Above that age they need their own ticket. We can't admit unaccompanied minors.
Can I cheer from the course side or pass water to my teammate?
Cheer as loudly as you like from behind the barriers, but don't step onto the course or hand anything to a competitor. Outside assistance can get your athlete disqualified, which is a rough way to end their race.
I bought a spectator ticket but can't come. Refund?
No, spectator tickets are non-refundable like every other ticket. You can give an unscanned ticket to someone else — just don't sell it above the face price.
What can't I bring in?
Weapons, glass, fireworks, drones, laser pointers, outside alcohol, and professional recording gear without accreditation. Bags are checked at the gate.
I can't make it anymore. Can I get a refund?
No — all sales are final, including for injury and illness. Your best option is a name change within the deadline so a teammate or friend can take your place.
