Syarat dan Ketentuan
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 - PlataRun Community Run Series tickets are sold per person, for the 10K category. - Tickets are not sold directly on this platform. They are redeemed through a qualifying purchase of Rp200,000 or more at Plataran Makassar. One qualifying purchase = one ticket. - Redemption is subject to available ticket allocation per city. Once a city's allocation is full, redemption closes for that city and will not reopen, regardless of how much time remains before the event. 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹

- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable — not to another city, date, or person. This includes injury, illness, travel problems, work commitments, and no-shows. - The Rp200,000 purchase used to redeem your ticket is a separate transaction at Plataran Makassar and is subject to Plataran Makassar's own policies. It is not refundable through PlataRun, regardless of the outcome of your ticket redemption. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 & 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 - This event involves strenuous physical activity and carries a real risk of injury. You participate at your own risk. - By registering, you confirm you are medically fit to run 10K, agree to disclose any relevant health condition at registration, and will consult a doctor first if you have any doubt about your fitness to participate. - You authorize event medical staff to treat you in the event of an emergency. Personal accident insurance is strongly recommended. 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀 & 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 - Photos and video taken at the Event may be used to promote PlataRun and future chapters, across Plataran and 20FIT channels.
